I would like to recommend Dr Shruti for pregnancy diet counseling. I was with Dr Shruti during my journey of conceiving till delivering a healthy baby girl. She suggested a diet during my conceiving journey in such a way that I was able to lose weight (around 2-3 kgs as I had normal BMI) without disturbing any body parameters and was able to conceive successfully within two months only. She also suggested exercise regimes during that journey.

I would recommend Shruti mam for diet in pregnancy and for baby’s weight during pregnancy.

I would like to write my feedback for Mrs. Shruti Maheshwary who turned my pregnancy journey by 180 degree with her guidance and diet plan.
