Ms. Shalini Prakash is a trained as “Clinical Psychologist” with extensive experience of 3 Years in various clinical setups. Her trainings and work experienced includes, psychological assessments & diagnosis, treatment via psychotherapy and clinical & psychosocial counselling.
Dr Shalini is blessed with the talent of advice and presence of mind to solve any problems. She is very helpful, kind, caring by nature. She is the" best therapist" in all ways in her work, I must say.She gives proper time to know her petient's problem in deep and works according to the situation indeed. The way she explains things, is just brilliant. She goes beyond our expectations to help her petients. I feel her skill of counseling is masterly genius.
This review was long due. After consulting a few psychiatrists, finally I met Dr. Shalini through reference. I consulted her for marital counselling.
I was stressed out to an extent that I was not able to focus on situation and get any positive approach to deal with it.
Appointment was never an issue.
She always listened to me and gave the best advice on how to deal with situation on every session. Made things very clear to me and my husband.

Life changing experience literally. From fighting personal demons, career worries, past haunting experiences to relationship problems...i am at peace with all these now. Thanks to Dr. Shalini(I just realise i have never thanked her enough, so if you are reading this, thanks a lot!).
We worked on my problems together. She suggested Cognitive-behavioral therapy(CBT) for me and it worked out great. The best part about every session is that she listens to you until you are done with what all you have to say, so i never heard a clock ticking. Also, she would share some of her personal experiences that really help a lot.
All you got to do is trust her and yourself. I was skeptical about CBT in the beginning and even thought of giving up but somehow i continued practicing CBT and it finally worked. A little determination is required here because yes, you have guessed it right - you want to be better and the result - I made it through.

Dr. Shalini is one of the coolest therapist out there. She always made me feel very comfortable and talked to me as a friend. I never felt uncomfortable sharing any of my deepest darkest issues with her. She has been treating me for 3 months now and I can already feel more positive and confident about myself. Her way of dealing with problems is greatly comforting and you can tell her anything and everything under the moon. She will always guide you to light. Overall, if someone wants to visit her, it's a definite yes from my end.
I was having anxiety issues and I didn’t know what was happening with me. When I met Shalini I got a belief that I can be better. She is very friendly. In a few sessions she reached down to the issue and suggested CBT for me. She explained the therapy very well and gave me homework’s regularly. In every session we used to discuss what we did in previous session. She is very flexible and also offered online sessions because it wasn’t possible for me to travel to Pune every week. I am feeling much better now because of the sessions and I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is facing psychological problems.
