Ms. Rupal Jasani is specialist in diet management. she has done bachelor of home science in foods and nutrition. She have more than 8 years of experience in serving people in diet and nutrition. During this period, she had worked in hospital to provide diet according to patient’s disease, worked in nutricare center as consultant to provide diet based on clients’ need and have also more than 3 years of experience serving client as freelancer.She strongly believes more than 80% health issues can be cured using proper diet. It’s just to change life style and some habits to be healthy without supplement, starvation and short term solutions. And also there is no short cut to be healthy, it requires proper diet management.
The journey for weight loss was really awesome. I actually started feeling difference in me since 1st month not at all strict diet plans . It's journey from 78kg to 60kg in five months. I still can't believe that I had reduced 18kg in five months. Entire credit goes to Dr Rupal, her guidance on diet was tremendous. It is 1 and a half month I consulted Dr Rupal for weight loss.
I am highly obese, went there with 102.60 kgs and today i am 96.10 kgs.
The journey still continues until i lose 30/35 more kgs.
Trust me diet is never about starving - Dr Rupal taught me this.
I was doubting how will eating so much almost 6 meals a day make me lose weight, i even was worried if i made a good decision but it was best decision to join under her.
There are many diets which will help you lose weight quickly but her diet is sustainable.
I have had my cheat days where i had barbeque and even pizzas but my weight was managing & not increasing.

I had visited Dr. Rupal for weight loss as I wanted to move to a healthier lifestyle. I lost almost 6 kgs in 2 months. I was suffering from hormonal imbalance and the diet plan also addressed that issue.
I was pleasantly surprised by the results as in the past I have found it absolutely difficult to lose weight. She prescribed a mild exercise plus diet chart plan, and changed my diet plan every 15 days for better outcome. I like how her diet strategy isn't based on calorie loss and includes a lot of healthy foods.
