She helped me with proper diet plans, not difficult to follow, explaining things which one is good and bad for the body, not just with the diet, tips about exercising as well.

And all the things which is used in our kitchen not very expensive. That is the good thing which I liked

And with the proper portion, Now I can eat almost everything, and avoid outside stale and junk food.
