It has been a pleasant experience so far, and the session has been very intriguing and insightful. The therapy is helpful and revealing.

I went to Dr. Nair with a very troubled, confused and burnt-out mind. In the very first session itself, I was more aware of my thoughts and was able to point out the problems that might be plaguing me. Despite Dr. Reena's busy travel schedule, she gave me various therapeutic exercises which I was to send through mail. What amazed me was that despite her traveling, she replied to my e-mails and gave me various tips and advises on how to manage my thoughts and perceptions. The instant she came back she told called me and set up my next session.

In the second session, Dr. Nair made me do some very simple exercises and I found myself witnessing my own thoughts and their impact on me. Having traced the impact, it was easy to also see what changes I needed to do reduce the negative impact of some of my perceptions. She really helped boost my morale and I now find myself much more productive at work place and at peace with all things around me, both good and otherwise.

Thanks to her time keeping, commitment to her profession and her responsibility towards her patients, I find no problem in recommending her to anybody seeking any form of counseling.

Ma'am really connects with you well in the first session itself. She understands your situation so well and her homeworks are so relevant that even though they might be challenging you will still do it.
