I was suffering from shoulder, neck and arm pain since 2 months. I visited several doctors and took muscle relaxants almost every day. There was a muscular spasm. The pain subsided due to tablets but re-occurred after a couple of hours. I decided to take physiotherapy and visited Priyanka Mehta through Practo. She firstly took a proper history and suggested me a 7 day physiotherapy which included ultra-scan, IVT and muscle strengthening exercises.
