I consulted Dr.Pragati for physiotherapy after i met with an accident. I did not have any external injury but due to the impact, I had severe pain in my back and chest, that was not getting better even with medicines. I

I consulted Dr.Pragati for physiotherapy after i met with an accident. I did not have any external injury but due to the impact, I had severe pain in my back and chest, that was not getting better even with medicines. I had difficulty moving my hand, turn while sleeping, bending, stretching and even taking a long breath. Any sudden action like sneezing or coughing gave me chills and pricks in my chest. When I consulted Dr.Pragati, she first calmed me that there is nothing to worry and it would gradually get better. I took 3 physiotherapy sessions and did the daily exercises recommended by her for home. She was able to identify the strain points very aptly that helped me recover faster. She also guided me to understand that I still felt the pain while breathing after 3 sessions, because the impact had affected my lungs muscles too. So based on her recommendation I started doing breathing exercises and now I am perfectly fine. Overall, I would strongly Dr.Pragati. She is friendly and gets to the root cause of the issue before suggesting treatment.
