BEWARE !!

I went there expecting that I will get a good diet plan, but everything was so messed up there. The receptionist, staff and even the doctor, all are so unprofessional. I had booked an appointment from Practo as

I went there expecting that I will get a good diet plan, but everything was so messed up there. The receptionist, staff and even the doctor, all are so unprofessional. I had booked an appointment from Practo as it was mentioned that first appointment WILL BE FREE OF COST. But when I visited, I was charged 500 bucks for a normal discussion of 2-3 mins with the doc. She just asked me what's the purpose of coming and said that I have to opt for a 3-month plan which costs 12,000 rs. That's it. We just spoke for 1-2 min and the receptionist handed me a receipt of Rs. 500. When I tried to explain them that I had booked a free consultation, they started arguing with me.

ITS A WASTAGE OF MONEY!!

She seemed very uninterested in diagnosis and she was in a hurry too. Disappointed. I would rather recommended a Physio who is serious or let's say focused. That was my experience.

the doctor has taken money for the treatment and has not started my treatment and keeping her phone switched off , not answering m call . I strongly advise not to consult her
