I visited doctor with a neck pain issue, which was later diagnosed to be herniated disc in my cervical spine. They are very proficient in identifying the root cause and suggesting the remedy for that. As in my case due to my posture it out a lot of strain on my neck, so they had posture correction in the beginning and slowly progressing to strength training.Throughout my rehab they guided and monitored my progress closely and made sure that it is resolved without surgery. Thanks to all of them.

more..“I just want to say “God Bless You”! It has been 6 years now that I have been suffering from shoulder pain, neck pain, back pain, lower pain, cervical spondylitis. I have been to 5-6 Physiotherapist and one consultant radiologist. I paid out-of-pocket for all and it cost me several thousand rupees. All were well-meaning people but none managed to diagnose nor cure my pain. I received temporary relief because all focused on symptoms and not the cause.
