I was suffering from multiple problems as given below. 1. I had very high Uric acid. Due to this I was even unable to walk for 3 days. I was in high risk for arthritis.

2. My visceral fats were very high, this exposed me to heart disease in the near future.

3. I had obesity.

4. I was almost in Pre-diabetic stage.

40 days in her diet and I lost 3 kgs

1st June I was 69.6kgs and 10 July I am 66.7kgs, even when the last 10 days I was not able to follow her diet strictly as I was relocating house.
