Around Sep 2022 starting, I had neck pain radiating to arms (mostly right arm), and neck stiffness. My posture is also bit forward leaned so one ortho suggested Physiotherapy. I found Dr Priyanka Lead physio therapy clinic nearby and having good reviews. So I consulted and started taking physiotherapy sessions here(from Sep mid). I was told I have cervical spondylosis. Took package of 21 sessions which went on till nov 1st week. After first few sessions only I started feeling better but I was sceptical that it could be temporary relief. Pain was there in Oct month but less pain as I was following exercise routine even at home. I also realised my right hand posture(I work on laptop) was not correct. So along with physiotherapy I also focused on correcting my hand and body posture while working on laptop. By nov first week, sessions were complete and pain was 80% gone. I was suggested few more sessions but I was not able to do so because of work and all. So I continued taught exercises for few more days at home, may be till nov end. After that pain was more or less gone and frequency(arm pain) was also reducing, I was taking care of my arm posture very religiously. In Jan 23, have not faced pain in arm, neck and headache that was accompanied with these painful conditions. So yes physiotherapy sessions, exercise and my arm posture correction helped me in my treatment. Big thanks to Dr Joshi and the plan curated for my treatment that am free from that pain. Would recommend to anyone going through similar type of condition or any physiotherapy treatment.

Miss Divya did thorough check up to see what exactly I am facing problem for my backpain, with her consultancy I get to know what is my routine and all the possible way of getting the backpain even with small movements.

She explained the treatment should be basic, medium, advanced therapy session. I have attended all of them, and got few modifications in my daily routine. I had a week time's machine therapy to reduce the pain, and after she started exercises with basic and moved to advanced sessions.

After completing my therapy sessions, I am in my best routine for my office work and daily work. I don't have backpain now and will continue my home exercises. Miss Divya helped me alot and and a professional therapist who listen to patients and change the therapy accordingly. Positives:

-Willingness to know the exact issues facing by the patient and suggesting an exact relief program based on patients capabilities.

-Attitude and gratitude of both the Doctors Mrs. Kashmira and Mrs. Monica.

-Positive atmosphere and sense of humour of both while treatment plays an important role for relaxing any person while doing even critical exercises.

-Gradual increment in difficulty level provides better confidence while doing critical exercises.

Scope for improvement:

Room space should be more when there are more patients coming in pick hours, as many patients including me hate to wait for their turn after coming from office hours.

Suggestion:

A book copy for a patients instead of 1st of each month free consultation will spread your name to others like anything and it also beneficial for the people who are attending.
