I consulted Dr. Mrunal for dietary guidance after my HB1C was 7.5 and my weight was 85. Following the diet plan provided by the doctor since January 10th, I retested my HB1C on March 1st, and it had decreased to 5.4, with my weight dropping to 76 during that period.

It's been 3 sessions till now. After 1st session I lost 2 kgs. The diet recommended is easy to follow and adjusted according to what we prepare at home.

After 2nd session, my TSH levels went down to 6 from 16 only with diet n simple walk, without any medication for thyroid. This has motivated me to further continue and stringently follow diet n exercise regime.

What do I say about Mrunal Mam....She is a Magician...She has changed my lifestyle for good...forever. The first time I went to her was before my pregnancy. My Gynaecologist had advised me to lose 6 kgs weight in a month in order to be able to conceive smoothly. I had no option but to start losing weight the right way and hence I thought going to a dietician would be the best option. I googled for a dietician and as per the recommendations consulted Mrunal Mam. I followed what Mam said sincerely and to my surprise just in the first week I lost 4 kgs. In the next week lost 3 kgs. In a month, I had managed to get back to my college time ka weight 53 kgs and because I was under a clean and nutritional diet advised by Mrunal Deshpande I conceived the very first month and had the easiest pregnancy and delivery ever. The second phase: Post delivery: I had put loads of weight post pregnancy. I delivered by baby in February 2018 and I weighed 65 kgs uptil January 2019. I was very clear that once my son is about a year old, I will start losing weight and was sure the only person who could help me get back to shape was Mrunal Mam. 13th of January 2019, she put me on a diet plan and 18th of February, 2019 I had lost almost 10 kgs and weighed 55kgs..just in a month's time.AMMMMMMMAZZZZING....She does an amazing job. She is the best at her job. Would recommend her to everyone. And yes, the most important thing here is that you lose weight and maintaining that weight is also very easy. She does not give you or recommend you anything synthetic/inorganic. She only focuses on eating right and eating organic.

For everyone looking for weight loss treatment I would recommend Dr.Mrunal. She is very friendly and her diet plans are very helpful . I started my treatment 6 months ago and the results are really amazing .

I was initially hesitant to try comsultantion in pune since i am from Mumbai however i took a leap of faith n visited Mrunal. Weight loss has always been difficult for me due to hormonal issues n i have tried various nutritionists before and although there were results the diets were very stringent and something which i couldn't follow.

Mrunal is very approachable and makes you feel at ease and confident about following the diet. She caters to your needs and understands there are time issues for office goers and plans accordingly which gets easy to follow.

So far I have lost 5kgs and m looking for futher weight loss but there has been a noticable increase in my stamina.

In 2018 Dec i had been for kayaking and couldn't complete the round, was completely exhausted rowing continuously n now in 2019 Dec i went for the very same activity and nt only could i complete the entire kayak trip but also wasn't tired a bit! For me this is an achievement since i had been suffering from anaemia and had stamina issues due to it.

I remember, In this decade I tried everything to gain my weight. Allopathy, Homeopathy, Ayurveda, MBBS, MDs and all couldn't help me to put some weight on my body. I think there was problem with intestine absorption & saliva secretion.

Finally, I mate Dr. Mrunal in the month of Sept with some hopes. I was really doubtful wether the treatment will help or not.

She planned diet chart, detox drinks & exercise for me. I started following all the scheduled activities however again I couldn't get proper results till the end of second month. After completing second month I observed some changes. And at the end of fourth month, I checked weight & there was 5 Kgs gain in my weight.

That was really amazing experience with her. Her magical experiment helped me a lot. Now I want to continue the course few more weeks & gain some Kgs more. This is the first time I have approached dietecian ever.

I started my plan from June 2017.

I stick up to the plan from June to Sept 2017. Throughput the process I almost lost 8/9 kgs. I came down to 65 kg from 73.5 kg.

After that I could not continue due to travel and vacations but I am able to maintain the weight of 65 kgs. That's the advantage due to change in my perspective towards having food.

I would highly reccommend her as she is very patient with listening to your questions and she will give explanations for the diet she would reccomend for you.

I could see a lot of change in myself in terms of planning diet for myself. She would give replacements if you are not comfortable with suggested diet. She is available on phone and also WhatsApp if we have doubts regarding something.

I have again started with the new plan and hope to reduce more.

The advantage is I could be able to maintain weight after plan ahe. I was not able to follow diet.

And sure there is no miracle going to happen unless we are sure about following the plan along with exercise.

I was regular with walking from sometime but I got highly motivated about exercise after meeting her.

Dr Mrunal is gem of a doctor. Doctor gives enough time hearing the problem and never in hurry, this help a lot for a fantastic diagnosis. She is very polite, professional and very proficient doctor. Councelling, guidance is at its best and she is always available if any doubt. My wife undergoing treatment on Weight loss and results are fantastic, lost 8 kgs in few months. I went for my mothers Diet councelling as she is a Cancer patient. After reading all the reviews I had very high hopes that she will help me however she didn't say anything I didn't already know Dr. Mrinal was for some reason was in hurry and she hardly gave me 10 min no chart prep ** ******* **** **** ******* ****** ******* ***** * ** ***** ** ******** Well wouldn't recommend to anyone
