My Gynae advised us to visit Dr. Kalpana during my first pregnancy because we wanted to have a natural delivery and physical stretches and exercises seems to be of utmost important during the whole pregnancy. I am very happy to share that the guidance, Dr. Kalpana has provided during the whole tenure were very helpful. I was suffering from the pain of Tennis elbow for 3 months. Had many medicines still in pain and finally Ortho Dr said to have an injection. Which i don't want to go for any injections . Then with the help of practo I got the opportunity to consult Dr. Kalpana mam who was very confident that there is no need for injection and it will be cured with the help of physiotherapy though I was suffering from last 3 months and Ortho Dr advised for injection.Thank you so much mam for your help and getting me back to normal. I started playing Badminton 🏸 again 😁.

One of the friendliest and easy to converse, doctors, we ever came across. She understood the problem quickly with the initial conversation itself and provided quick relief and suggested exercises to follow for a long-term solution. In addition, she always explained problems in easy-to-understand terms with the required details. She never suggested unnecessary visits or treatment. The cost of the treatment was also reasonable.

Highly recommend! I consulted Dr Kalpana for an extremely stiff neck and spasms in shoulders. Within 3 sessions, I was 90% relieved from pain and stiffness. In this session, the best thing was that the treatment was not started immediately. Dr. Kalpana asked the whole background on how injury occurred and accordingly started the physiotheraphy.
