Me and my sister had put on a lot of weight due to sedentary lifestyle. Losing weight seemed like a far fetched thing to us until we started our weight loss journey with Janhavi mam. During our counseling sessions she made us realize that weight loss could be fun and not so scary. The only ask from her is that we should follow it with dedication. Whenever coming up with a diet plan, she would always take care of our choices and still try to come up with an alternative healthy option. We absolutely loved couple of the diet recipes that she gave. So much so, that even today after completing the weight loss journey we still sometimes prepare those!! I took consultation from Janhavi mam for weight loss and Migraine issues. I must say, it was a miraculous journey. Within just 3 months, I lost 10kg weight and also get rid of Migraine, which I thought I never would be!

Before her consultation, I was not aware about what diet was, what are it's benefits, etc? But, mam explained me everything and cleared all my doubts. Post my annual checkup, i was diagnosed with high cholesterol and was overweight.I started Dr. Janhavi's consultation and was very impressed with her understanding of the diagnosis and her treatment.She was a very patient listener and understood my history very carefully before suggesting a proper diet plan that would suit my lifestyle. Hi,My name is Rahila I am if 26 years old.During the covild19 lockdown situation I found that I had Pcod and was asked to lose weight by my doctor thankfully I received a beautiful person and dietitian and a nutritionist Jhanvi. Since she was already helping my brother from weight loss I approved her through my brother.During the lockdown moment It was very difficult to follow a diet. Since this situation was affecting me mentally and physically .I had a weight a 73 when I approached Jhanvi. While creating diet plan she makes sure that your stomach should not remain empty. The diet changes every 3 weeks or so incase you are bored of usual diet plan. The reason why I recommend her, is because she believes in dieting while not keeping the stomach empty. Her diet plans are customized as per your lifestyle. Unlike other dietitians, she is not strict, however her follow ups could be. She give ample amount of time for each patient while consulting. The best part is, the diet changes after every 2 weeks, incase, you are bored of the usual diet plan. I was on 71.4 and now reached 61.6 recently by following her plans and exercising regularly. My target weight is 55 kg and will be achieving the same soon.

Let me start with my situation. I had to be appeared for the CAPF Medical test. And for that test, I had to lose 5 kgs of weight in the span of 15 days. and I did it successfully with the Help of Ma'am's direction and valueable Guidance. It was nice experience.
