Before her consultation, I was not aware about what diet was, what are it's benefits, etc? But, mam explained me everything and cleared all my doubts. When I started my journey, many times, I became anxious, stressed and lazy but she always encouraged me to achieve my goal. She was so consistent and have faith on me. Because of that, I stay motivated and got the amazing results.

Mam keeps track of our weight and every other issues. It help us make a graph of our achievement. Also, she is so particular about time and appointment schedule.

Even though, we may forgot it but she never does.

During my pregnancy period, I continued with the diet. I am experiencing good results for me and baby also. Because of mam, I got to know what to eat, when to eat and how to eat!!
