I had visited Dt. Supriti maam for weight loss and acidity problem. During the lockdown period my weight had increased tremendously and I never gave importance to the kind of food I ate. During first session itself Supriti maam made me understand the importance of having good food habits, she made the diet plan so simple yet effective and it never felt like I was on a diet. In last 5 months I have reduced around 10kgs of my weight and also I am not facing any acidity problems now. The exercises provided by Supriti maam are very effective and you never get bored doing those exercise.
Sharing my experience about Mrs.Supriti Dixit & her diet plans . I am a fitness enthusiast & have been working on my fitness since long time . I had a pregnancy weight gain of 30kg for which I was already on a fitness and weight loss plan for more than 2 yrs . But my weight loss journey had came to a plateau after loosing 20 kgs and my body was probably adapted to low calorie diets as well. Finally after a weight stagnation of 6 mths I decided to consult Mrs Supriti Dixit and try out her diet ideas. I was highly impressed by her approach and detailing in her diet suggestions . I got to know about healthy weight loss recepes which I could include easily in my daily diet .Finally I started getting my inch losses and lost another 7 kgs in just 2 mths . Interestingly I started feeling more energetic than my previous weight loss experiences as I never had weakness or lazyness as the diet plans were considering my calorie as well as protein intake. I was detected with Thyroid problem and irregular periods issue. I consulted Dr.Supriti and she explained me the importance of losing weight for good health. Dr. Dixit is very friendly. She first tried understand my eating and sleeping habits, based on that she designed a custom diet plan for me. In first two months I have nearly lost 2 kgs. When we hear about the word 'Diet' the first thing that comes to our mind is starving, but with Dr. Dixit it was completely different. Her diet plan never made me feel hungry.
