I have consulted the Dr. twice.

First was for my husband, when he was suffering from sciatica, it took months to relieve him from the discomfort fully, and the Doctor helped him immensely. She is quite elaborate in explaining the issues associated with the problem. This helped us on a great level in understanding what went wrong and we avoided getting new such causes during that period of time. With a set of mobility related exercises and IFTs the problem vanished.

Second was for me, as I developed another posture related problem, muscular knots on upper back and neck. The Dr. was very helpful then too. She understood the problem in no time and offered help with IFTs.

Her experience conveyed in her knowledge and elaborated answers help a loy in understanding the body strain and helps us to act accordingly.

Definitely a great experience with this doctor. I would recommend her.

Sport injury in gym

I visited Dr Upadhyay for shoulder injury which was occurred in gym. She diagnosed problem area within some time and started treatment on same day . I got relief in first 3 sessions only. Strongly recommend.

Cons:

1. No division between waiting and therapy area.

I never thought that the pain would vanish away in just two sessions. The way she treated me is appreciable and more over she's a kind hearted and sweet person and the best doctor I've ever met till now. The pain was a serious one and had been bothering me since past two weeks. But it was gone in just two sessions. She as well as I were on time for the appointment on both the days and unlike other doctors who would scare you to get some extra money, she told me that it's not necessary to have another session if the pain is gone. The fee is very reasonable. I recommend her. So if you have any sports related injury, straight away go to her without any second thought in your mind coz you won't regret reading this feedback. I will definitely recommend this doctor. The good thing is she tries to understand the cause of problem and explain you in a very good way. Also when they start your treatment she explained the process of it and how it is Gonna cure your pain. she was honest with me about my treatment, she said only one session is enough for you if you feel you need more sessions it will be your call.

Dr.upadhyay is very kind and honest . She gets what your problem is and tells you the exact excercise. She believes in natural healing without tablets and pain killers which is the best part of her. If you want to heal fast keep faith in her and follow strictly the excercises despite the pain. (I would have cured very fast but I am little conscious and don't do excercises if it pains or I have a doubt so I am healing slowly, no issue for me I am not in hurry.☺)

Understands and explains the problem well to the patient .

Flexible about the timings,do not see the patient as customers and try to solve the problem as early as possible.

I travel 25 Km to her clinic from Viman Nagar because she tries her best to achieve the result as early as possible.

Doctor patiently examines and explains about your problem and correctly tells what has to be done and how much time it will take. Very caring and friendly doctor as well as her staff. Best thing I saw is if someone can't be treated by physiotherapy she directly tells it. I would highly recommend Dr. Upadhyay :)

1. We went there more than 3 times. We need to call doctor whether she is coming to clinic or not. I went there and waited more than 30 minutes to open the clinic after official timings.

2. If you give electric treatment and charging fees then it's okay but if you are giving JUST EXERCISE instruction and you are charging (same charges as electric treatment) then it's wrong, ** ****** ** **** **** **** ** * *** I waited more than 30 minutes only for this EXERCISE and you charged me which I don't like personally.

She is an excellent doctor. I had visited her for my shoulder and neck muscle spasm and she had treated me very well a year ago. I had recently been for facial nerve pain and she has given me a detailed root cause analysis of the problem which helped me understand my condition and the gravity of it. She not only addresses the physical issues but also the related psychological issues through personal counseling. She encourages me to exercise on a daily basis suggesting some good exercises for my condition and gradually minimizing the intake of medicines. This is helping me a lot through strengthening myself healing ability. I just cannot thank her enough!!!
