N do proper exercise at home.... These exercises are only for two minutes. I hope I will be definitely perfectly cure. And will start walk like a normal person n do everything like normal human being. From last two years I stopped everything like walking, cooking, even standing,taking care of my child, my family, even myself, going out, shopping, visiting hometown, daughter's school..... For the last few years, I have been suffering from back pain caused by sciatica in my right leg. My previous physiotherapist suggested some exercises which reduced my pain, but not completely recovered it. When I visit Dr. Renuka, advised me to take complete treatment for at least 4 to 4 weeks, so that I can recover completely.
