She pays an individual attention to each patient mostly by taking care to give separate 30mins slot to individual by trying not to clash or overlap their treatment timings.\n2. She prepares treatment protocol for all her patients which she follows while treatment and explains same to her patients which actually helps them keeping faith and maintaining confidence in their treatment and doctor.\n3. She tries her best that the patients should learn exercises that has been taught to be followed every day during and after the treatment.\n4. In the treatment protocol best part is she focus not only on injured area but also its surrounding body parts so as to strengthen end to end and maintaining symmetric strength between the paired part like hands or legs etc. \n\nArea of improvements that I can suggest to her:\n1. While a patient undergo treatment for any specific body part please not only make sure to cure that muscular area but also examine or take care that patient properly align other body parts eg. in my case I undergone knee treatment where my exercises covered lower body i.e. lower then back and it included exercises laying down on back or side position then please make sure that I rested my neck appropriately on pillow or my back so that i should take that feedback noted if i followed wrong sleeping position like placing the neck over the pillow or resting my back.\n2. Please add more exercising equipment's in your clinic like gym cycle, balancing pulley etc.

1) I had slip disc and consulted doctors from Apollo and Sancheti along with other doctors and physiotherapist. But didn't get any relief and met Doctor Megha from some reference. From my very first visit to doctor, I was made to feel welcome and comfortable both by the friendly competence and the pleasant environment. She inspires the utmost confidence by her smile & naturally lovely personality *** ****** ** ********** ****** and professionalism. She was very supportive and thorough when explaining the treatment process. Best thing about doctor is that she wouldn't allow you take any medication and treat everything with her magical exercise.
2) I moved to USA and got a back pain. I was new to the place and finding the doctor wasn't easy. I messaged her and she responded immediately, recorded the exercise video and sent. It did wonder and I got immediate relief without any medicine. I was lucky that I came across such a nice doctor.
I can say one thing on top of everything, she is kind, gentle, very friendly and an awesome human being.

I had been to her for my Shoulder labrum tear , inner thigh injury , Lower back injury i must say she is one of the most knowledgeable and most professional people I have ever met . Day one she got in to history of injury her diagnosis was on point , in fact I could not make out exact places of pain . But her diagnosis was so perfect she got to the root points responsible for pain and in relation to the pain .
After that she started with my physiotherapy and I could not believe my lower back pain and shoulder pain was almost gone in 10 to 12 sessions , What I liked was she worked on each and every muscle individually to make them stronger . Then was the time for my inner thigh injury which was way too severe and existing since 6 months for this she put in a lot of efforts specially for my thigh injury . Helped me get better with bands , and other strengthening exercises , and many different protocols which she thought were applicable . And finally I must say my thigh pain healed as well .
And finally I could start my gym and workout . I am really thankful to megha for her efforts , cooperation , professionalism and care as a doctor .

I've been very happy with my experience with Dr. Megha. I went to her after having removed my cast on my ankle due to first/second grade injured ligament which happened while I was playing football. During my 5 weeks on
I've been very happy with my experience with Dr. Megha. I went to her after having removed my cast on my ankle due to first/second grade injured ligament which happened while I was playing football. During my 5 weeks on the cast, the ligaments had healed but the muscles had lost its strength. On my first interaction with the Doctor, she carefully assessed my problem after which I learnt that I did not need the cast and that I would have been better off without it. Subsequently, I did a 15 day course which focussed on increasing my strength of the muscles and also worked on improving my ankle stability. During the 15 day course, not only did my ankle condition improve a lot, but I also got to learn a lot of things which would prevent future injuries by taking proper precautions.
Overall, I had a wonderful experience. Her flexibility with time and cordial nature made the experience better. I would strongly recommend her for physiotherapy treatment, and for sports treatment, she is the goto person.
