I have been meeting Meenal Mam for more than 1 year now, and it would take an autobiography to express the wonderful journey we have had together.

She breaks many stereotypes and has unique abilities and theories.

Empathizes with the client to such an extent that you can almost see the reflection of your desperation to heal on her approach.

She has pioneered and developed great theories like Body is mere manifestation of mind. Hence our body merely manifests the mental attitude we have.

For example : skin issues mostly arise because of issues with giving or accepting love. Skin , the body attribute from where we physically feel the love. Hence such astonishing and mind bending connections of body and mind can easily crack open the root cause of the issue.

Even if you are an introvert or not that expressive, she will find all the possible problems and psychology Just by the physical examination of body.

5 months ago, a desperate search for help led me to finding Dr. Meenal Sohani on Practo. Excessive anxiety, excessive and unexplained fear of people and places, restlessness...name any anxiety related issue and I had it.Dr. Sohani was able to figure out the root cause of all my issues in the first session itself. When I consulted her I was in desperate need of rescue from intense self harm bouts and hyper anxiety and mental help. Battling with hyper anxiety attacks, self harm, victim of an abusive relationship and even suicidal thinking and attempts were the issues at the surface level that I could mention.

We began the journey of counseling, healing maneuvering through a few hypnotherapy + regression sessions, homeopathic medicines and a combination of modalities which helped me discover much more deep rooted issues within me. I was on anti-depressants for quite some time and now that my psychological state was relatively ok (with regards to depression), My Psychiatrist suggested to taper the dosage of my anti-depressants. So, I had dreamt for a state where I would be completely off anti-depressants and live a happy healthy life. However, I was scared to taper off my anti-depressants even with psychiatrist's suggestion and wanted a complement treatment that could work with my (minor) depression from roots and provide me support while I taper off my antidepressants( under supervision). That is exactly when someone suggested me Dr Meenal Sohani. With her homoeopathy treatment for mental/ emotional wellness and assurance as a counsellor, I am glad to say, that my anti-depressants have been reduced by more than 60%. i.e. I take only around 40% of the dose of antidepressants that I used to take 5 months ago, and doing well, the Psychiatrist plans to reduce it further, so I am progressing towards my goal of being anti-depressant free. As also, the homoeopathy medication that she gave me does not interfere with my ongoing anti-depressants. The homoeopathy treatment has helped me gain mental wellness and reduced dependence on my anti-depressants. Overall I feel better! Last but not least she is a very good listener, understands the problem well and counsels well. Also, she explained that the homoeopathic medication in my treatment is non-habit forming and treats the depression from roots (not just the symptoms). This for me was great news and I am experiencing the positive change. I am doing well now with her help and treatment. Overall great Homoeopath and a great counsellor and I highly recommend her.

The way I look at myself and life is much more exciting than how it was before. I am a more confident person now and ready to take up challenges.

I started with Counselling sessions with her, wherein I could express the problems, difficulties that I faced during those times. I was not able to control anything around me and really needed help. Its only after I started talking to her, I started gaining confidence that things would become alright. She herself gives you lots of positivity when you speak to her.

Later on she suggested to go for Hypnotherapy to heal the past wounds and also surgery related issues( especially emotional) after analysing my problems.

Without a moment of hesitation I took up the session and it worked wonders for me. I was able to gain the control that I had lost on my emotions. It helped me get over the unnecessary clutter in life and focus on my present to build up my future.

Along with this, I took up Chakra balancing and she gave me affirmations to practice. She taught me the tapping solution therapy which is like a homework to be done to keep the positive spirit going.

I have been associated with the doctor for over an year for various issues. This feedback is for ingrown toe nail issue for which I visited the doctor. The ingrown toe nail has troubled me for 7 years, time that almost made me comfortable with it. The previous sentence is in past tense because after visiting her for this issue I have seen a significant improvement in the condition. My 7 year struggle allows me to even to use the word magical. As in allopathic treatment I went through 4-7 surgeries of the toe, yet the new nail would travel inwards.

They say "What you seek is seeking you". I did not understand this untill I met Dr Meenal. No one recommended me to her (as if anyone really speaks of counselling session anyways). I was struggling with myself. Pain was too much to handle and then by some random method I chose the doctor. Got to say, after few initial sessions things started to make sense. She made me realise about the actual root cause.It was unbelievable, to be honest. Offcourse speaking to friends is helpful but it's only until a point.Beyond that, from where the subconscious area begins, we certainly need a professional.

One can speak to her freely as she is completely non judgemental and looks one to achieve what he wants rather imposing ideal goals.

For last eight years was suffering from skin Psoriasis. Previously consulted lot of ayurvedic and allopathic doctors. ********* ****** ** ********** ********* *** even doctors also told no permanent solution to this problem and I would have to take medicines for lifetime

During one training program in company got introduced with Dr. Meenal Sohani and I started treatment with me.
