I was suffering from chronic low back pain with tingling and burning sensations in my right leg due to canal stenosis and disc bulge so i was not able to walk few distance as well. Also as per the EMG & NCV report study was suggestive of chronic denervation in bilateral L4,L5,S1 roots. I was not able to walk more than 50 steps due to burning & pain. I have tried many other therapies but couldn’t get any relief.

So i started physiotherapy program under the guidance of Dr.Dharmesh Solanki . But even after 2-3 weeks i did not found any change in my pain, tingling and burning sensation. I was scared about my situation but Dr. Dharmesh guided me saying that, "this is not the end, this is the beginning" giving me a ray of hope of being gentle with yourself and follow the practice as per given instructions by him. After that i followed it without fail and after 6 weeks i felt improvement in myself. By 8 weeks all my lower back pain, tingling disappeared and burning sensation reduced to a greater extent as i was following all the exercises ,

Even my hamstring muscle was tight, but the tightness has been reduced and it was completely recovered.

So the only thing i would like to convey is, "There is no easy fix. The key to moving past your fears is self-compassion and patience. Reassure yourself and comfort yourself whenever you feel afraid. But don't let the fear linger, because it'll distract you from your healing."
