Highly recommended. Great experience so far. Before the sessions, the pain in my lower back was spread out and continuous. Post the first session itself the pain was reduced to a single area and pain itself was significantly reduced.

This was followed with effective exercises and ultra sound sessions which are helping in speedy recovery.

I would suggest before starting session please have an x-ray report of patient for proper diagonse you should not have to start exercise from day one, In X-ray report straightening of the normal lumbar lordotic curvatur

I would suggest before starting session please have an x-ray report of patient for proper diagonse you should not have to start exercise from day one, In X-ray report straightening of the normal lumbar lordotic curvature is seen for which exercises should not be perform by patient initially.
