I have had a bad wrist injury. I overstrained my wrist while playing TT after a long hibernation period due to Lockdowns. This was an old injury which resurfaced due to exertion. I have been to many physios and they provided some solutions which didn’t really help. So I have been glued to a wrist band for many years now.

I was referee to Anood by a friend. Her approach to the injury was different. She explained the issue well and handheld the process very well, rather than the coercing me to do exercises at home, which was earlier experience with Physios. She was also flexible on timings and she is the only physio who starts at 7am which suits very well for working professionals. She has a very good team to back her up:
