Dr. Armeet has been so helpful in helping me navigate my thoughts and come to terms with negative experiences in my life.
It has been long since I have felt a positive change in my life in terms of my attitude and behaviour.
He has taught me to be more accepting of myself and my situations. Which further helped me to stop dwelling on the past and work on myself actively.

I beleive, the most important and effective step toward mental healing is to understand and the underlying reasons behind your own emotional reactions to specific situations or triggers. Ms. Dimple has always provided me with satisfactory explanations for my emotional responses. Besides, she had further provided with various excercises that helped me to control my emotions and outbursts. The sessions were very friendly and every time I came out of her chamber, it felt very liberating. I received clarity. If you really feel lost, talk to her... it helps... trust me... 😇

I have been battling with mental health issues for the past 15 years and been to over 7 mental health professionals in 3 countries. But my DBT sessions with Dr. Dimple Kishnani have made the most profound impact. She has the perfect blend of empathy and tough love, creates a safe space, listens to you without judgements, and is never dismissive. I have always been a very guarded and stubborn patient with the ostrich syndrome, but Dimple helped me with alternate perceptions and worked equally hard in my journey to healing.

Hi,
Had visited the doctor of severe anxiety disorder. Now , I have extreme anxiety disorder. Counselling was type of SOP but lack empathy and personal touch, Homework, task given was hard to attempt. Even, taking care of patient beyond the call of duty/professionalism was not found. Was expecting better treatment, given the review and experience. But, it not worth it.

My therapy sessions were with Dimple and honestly I can see such a change in my lifestyle and more importantly my levels of anxiety in my relationships and life in general. There have been times due to severe anxiety when I’ve needed an immediate session and she would try to accommodate as much as possible given her schedule. Even after I didn’t need sessions she has reached out to check up on me. 10/10 would recommend.
