Dr. Devyani Katti

Dr. Katti helped me as a counsellor to shift my perspective in life. Initially I reached out to her to get a career assessment, and really enjoyed my experience and found the assessment very accurate to my personality type. I was going through some stressful situations and assessing them by using tools (which were provided by Dr. Katti), equipped me with handling future challenges in a healthy manner. I highly recommend Dr. Katti as opening up about your past experiences can be difficult, but Dr. Katti never made me feel uncomfortable. She helped me re-assess those experiences, and understand those experiences, without the heavy emotions I once had for them. I really appreciate that Dr. Katti also set realistic goals for me, and gave me tools to implement after our sessions. Thank you Dr. Katti.

The doctor is very patient and non-judgmental. She listens to everything and then discussion the analysis with you rather than just stating the facts. Talking to her feels very soothing and helps in amazing ways.

Before meeting my psychiatrist, I had many issues regarding my study and as exam days were getting closer I was going blank or getting lost in thoughts about future, and in exams aswell I had tendency which made my leg shaking uncontrollable due to stress . Due to tips provided by Dr Devyani, I was able to control my problems by using techniques like pomodoro and asking my self questions like are you in present. In exams aswell I was able to control my uncontrollable leg by taking deep breaths. Tips like only read one question at a time and take deep breaths to keep ur mind cool really helped me in exams aswell.
