My experience with Armeet has been both eye-opening and beneficial for my mental health. He has a remarkable ability to explain things in a clear and concise way, making each session easy to follow. I never felt pressured to share more than I was comfortable with. The way he guides the conversation feels natural, supportive, and organic.

He never told me to be victim of my problems on the contrary he helped me to become the fighter.

No matter how much low I feel, how much anxiety I had, how much mental pain, stress I had before session, once session start all that just vanished away from me, I used to get so much relief.

Even I can't believe the remarkable changes in myself in this 7 to 8 months. After all these sessions, I can confidently say that it's not like everything gonna be according to my plan in future. I had just quit my job, was in between things post-college, and was struggling to make sense of who I was and what I wanted, while also trying to find my footing in a completely new social environment. And I am glad I did!

In just a few months of therapy, he helped me not only process what I was going through but also connect with myself in a deeper, kinder way. With his RECBT approach, he taught me how to untangle my thoughts, challenge patterns that weren’t serving me, and respond to life with more clarity and compassion, alleviating a lot of anxieties I had for as long as I can remember. Even now, I still use the tools he shared with me, and I can genuinely say I’ve been living a more grounded and self-aware life since seeing him. If you’re feeling lost, overwhelmed, or stuck, I couldn’t recommend Armeet enough. His presence is thoughtful, non-judgmental, and deeply supportive, and working with him made a real difference in how I relate to myself and the world around me.
