I cannot recommend Dr. Anushree Lokhande enough!
I had been taking regular therapy sessions from her all the way from Japan, and she's helped me heal from 2 major life events of my father's death and my breakup.
It's not an exaggeration when I say she's helped me find my way from being a grieving wreck, to healthy greiving and a growing individual know.
She ensured a safe space for me, changed the methodology of therapy whenever needed, shared resources and activities that would help me etc.
She is very professional and I already ended up recommending her to 3 of my friends and they appreciate her support, too!
She also helped me with Monthly or periodic sessions as needed.

Dr. Anushree is understanding, friendly, sweet, skilled and experienced. She helped me out of stress, anger management, behavioural and esteem issues. Anushree as a therapist is a very easy person to be with. It's been six to seven sessions with her, and I can slowly see some changes within me. She listens very patiently and recognizes every single detail. She helps us identify our thought patterns using various techniques and thus enables us to identify our own faulty thinking. She has been like a fresh breeze of air for me when I was in middle of a traumatic phase in my life. I would recommend her to everyone.

I have been taking counseling sessions with Anushree for slightly over a year now and the growth and improvement I see in myself has been quite surprising! During her counselling sessions she ensures that it is a collaborative process which has greatly helped me to inculcate these habits and reapply them in other areas, thus making me more independent. Anushree is amazingly patient and has great insights. She is willing to listen without any judgements and accomodate your inhibitions without forcing her opinions on you.

I was in a difficult space when i reached out to and now, a year later, I can say that I am more than perfectly better and happier.
Ma'am is extremely patient, completely understands millennial problems (so-to-speak) and at no point does she make you feel out of place, and it super easy to be yourself while talking to her.
I have not had more than 10 sessions with her, and I am at a much better place now.
She is a great listener, and not just so, she actually understands and is super empathetic. She tailors solutions which are extremely inept to your personality, I believe, and easy to go through with them.
On a personal note, if you are reading this feedback and contemplating to call book an appointment, I made the leap and it has been wonderful, so I think you should too.

I visited anushree for anxiety problems.Her approach is simple,engaging and has a lasting effect.she makes u feel comfortable and makes u very aware of oneself which makes us actually aware of the problem and actually finding a solution which is self empowering.The hallmark of her approach is getting people aware of themselves epecially parts of one 's personality namely( child,adult and parent) and their interactions and thereby finding solutions to one ' irrational behaviours ,thoughts and problems.I would definitely recommend everybody with psychological issues to her.Her therapy has had a lasting impression and great impact on me which yielded excellent results
