Healthcare professionals are struggling to balance between services to be extended in limited staff and resources in this pandemic situation We fully agree if u r nt satisfied with our services but our intention was never to extract money from u We see in every pt as a ‘ Service to GOD’ in this respect if we have u intentionally burdened ur with our charges, we would be happy to return u the whole amount as services nt satisfy our patient 2. Ur staff issues During this pandemic , we r struggling to motivate our nurses and doctors to do the duties against their family pressure .. so was limited staff and minimum visits to patient ward 3.Mosquito issue We are sorry to have u spend night in inconvinence , hence forth it will be take care 4.Accusing to gather money for my Boys This is very hurting , why shd be our family members come in the way of unsatifaction? But to just explain my boys have no intentions to live on our earnings as they both are postgraduate and dnt stay in India My whole hospital collection goes to my staff salary, vendors payment and Maintainence with loan liability I take rs 30000/ mnth from the hospital collection It was very hurting seeing ur feedback as it was thrashing and demoralising however we take this as a GOD’s wish to purify Us Bharati Dhorepatil
