Additionally, stronger advertising and awareness about the product would help reach a wider audience, which I believe would significantly contribute to growth.

I had been suffering from depression and anxiety for years and had been to countless counselors and doctors but none had proved to be effective and long standing.

It is closing in on six months of consulting Dr.Vrushali and I feel like a different person. Within a month of starting my sessions and treatment, I had started observing and feeling a difference.

Dr.Vrushali has always given a lot of time in hearing me out. Never during a session did I ever feel rushed, self-conscious or judged. She has remarkable patience and composure. Her manner of reassuring, comforting whilst providing an action plan / a way forward is practical and strikes the right balance between being professional but not impersonal.

Unlike the past experiences with mental health professionals, she not only told me what to do but also told me how to take baby steps and the supplementary help I could find through books, and how to focus and work on the core concern areas.

On the very first day, she explained to me the treatment plan, the ins and outs of the process and the commitment it would take from me. Something in her manner made me go all out and place my trust in her. At the beginning of this year, I would never have believed that I could feel the way I do today, brighter and lighter.

Whilst I have a some way to go, am certain that with Dr. Vrushali’s medical care and attention, I’d win my battle with depression for good.
