Respected Sir ( Dr. V. Satav) is very thorough in knowledge of his profession. Though busy, he gave me good amount of time to explain me about my problem and recommended very simple cum cost effective treatment. He deals with patient in a kind manner and never rushes . In this profession, for any Doctor having up-to-date knowledge matters and is important but more important what matters the most is how Doctor deals with patients, how he makes them feel and to me Doctor Satav is a good person who values each patient and respectful to everyone.

My wife LATA KULKARNI had under eye Catrate operation on 14th feb 2023 . I am very much impressed all about hospital. Dr. VITHAL SATAV sir .1) dr. Is very kind pesonnely.. having very long experience, very Sr.Doctor and expert. 2) hospital is wel maintained. It's cleanece is on top. 3) Staff is very kind with us .4) issue of medicine system is very fine .it was issued in plastic box, giver a chart graph paper, HOW to put medicines, tik marks the chart. 5) Tea / coffee was also served to us and there was no difficulty to attend the OPERATION Surgery. **** *** ****** ** ***** I operated my both eyes Cataract surgery, Hospital has best facilities and latest technology machines. Dr. Vitthal Satav is a very experienced doctor , I have not felt any pain during surgery , he is very kind and explained very well about pre and post care as well which is the best lens to implant. I got 6/6 vision 2nd day of my surgery. Very supportive during follow-up visits.Staff is very responsive and also helped me a lot for Insurance claim. Cataract packages cost is less compared to other hospitals in Pune.I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for any eye problems.Suggestions: If hospital consider to include all eye tests and eye drops costs with cataract package would make patients happy and satisfied. just a thought.

Inspite of this lockdown , the service is easily available with all safety measures. The staff is very much supportive and utmost alert on each patients need. I observed that there was one elderly uncle who was struggling to understand the prescribed medicine .......immediately at the helpdesk .....the staff took an initiative of explaining in local language and marked on the prescibed box how and when to take. It was very nice experience, I went with my sister for her LASIK surgery , I found the satisfaction when I met with Dr. Vitthal Satav, he explained everything clearly and gave time to answer our whole doubts about the surgery. Staff is very cooperative. Hospital is clean and hygiene. Will recommend Aakash eye clinic for LASIK surgery. Dr. Vitthal Satav is best surgeon for LASIK surgery. After surgery my sister could see clearly like she got new life with this new Vision. She said there was no pain and it was like miracle for her. I am happy to see her happy without glasses. 👍👍

Dr Vital Satav ia Superb and down to earth person, very patient and hears out all issues and gives proper time and resolution to his patients.Clinic is neat and we'll maintained with all latest machines.

Moreover support staff is excellent special mention to Dr Alisha Khan,Mr Vikas and Mr Naresh from Opticals and Prashant who is a good and very helpful for senior citizens.All in all a fantastic experience...

There is no system as who will be seen first by doctor . We came to clinic at 2.45 ** and were seen last by the doctor . Many patients who come earlier were sent to doctor first . Staff is discourteous and have their preferences . Left bad taste in our mouths . They should have proper queue or token system rather than preference for patients

I have done my both eyes my refractive surgery at Aakash eye clinic and laser center. I am extremely happy with my vision now my power was very high and I was totally depended on glasses. It was -11 number And I was like I can’t do anything without glasses

But after my surgery I am feeling wonderful how clear the world is I could notice it now. A big thanks to doctor Vitthal Satav and his entire team Komal madam Surendra sir ot team all staff. I would recommend to all for this clinic
