I observed that there was one elderly uncle who was struggling to understand the prescribed medicine .......immediately at the helpdesk .....the staff took an initiative of explaining in local language and marked on the prescibed box how and when to take. Though busy, he gave me good amount of time to explain me about my problem and recommended very simple cum cost effective treatment. He deals with patient in a kind manner and never rushes . In this profession, for any Doctor having up-to-date knowledge matters and is important but more important what matters the most is how Doctor deals with patients, how he makes them feel and to me Doctor Satav is a good person who values each patient and respectful to everyone.

During my daughter’s examination, the optometrist was knowledgeable and thorough. They took the time to answer all of my questions and explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed or like I was being pushed into anything.

The selection of eyewear was great, and the staff was helpful in helping me find a pair that fit my daughter’s needs and style. I appreciated that they took the time to make sure we were completely satisfied.

It's cleanece is on top. 3) Staff is very kind with us .4) issue of medicine system is very fine .it was issued in plastic box, giver a chart graph paper, HOW to put medicines, tik marks the chart. 5) Tea / coffee was also served to us and there was no difficulty to attend the OPERATION Surgery.
