I visited the clinic with the case of Herniated Spine Disk. Dr Pote explain the symptoms clearly in simple words and potential issue with supposedly Herniated Spine Disk problem and suggested to opt for MRI. The MRI confirmed the diagnosis which was followed by minimal treatment by medicine which did not solve the pain. The doctor suggested to opt for acupuncture for a few weeks which also didn't ease the pain. The next step was to inject local anesthesia with antibiotics to remove/reduce sensations from the affected nerve which worked for a few weeks but couldn't cure it. Finally the Dr suggested to opt for surgery which was quick. I was discharged the next day and opted for one month of bed rest as suggested by the doctor. The doctor was extremely helpful in guiding for insurance claims and other queries before the surgery. Also, there were constant visits for surgery wound status checkup with constant guidance on the status. I was suffering from severe back pain and couldn't drive or sit for long intervals. Hence visited Harmony Healthcare.

Was very much surprised with the Vallay Parking facility offered by the clinic.

The staff and Dr Uday Pote were very much professional and prompt in attending my health issue.

I felt better within two days of starting the treatment.

The best thing about the clinic was, i didn't had to go anywhere else as all the facilities required for my diagnosis and reatment like X-Ray, Physiotherapy etc were available in the clinic only.

Visited Dr. Uday after a prolong ailment with ankle which was earlier reported to be non fracture by a different Orthopedic, but Dr. clearly read the x-ray recorded earlier correctly and showed a minor gap between the bones at ankle .Advised to get another X-ray done and then the difference was clearly visible..Fortunately the damage was not much from day of injury till when I consulted him (almost 1 month) Explained and examined in detail and accordingly prescribed medicine and future coarse of actions..Glad that I visited him in time .. thanks much..Few follow up visits are recommended by him and hopefully by then the injury would recuperatethanks much Dr. Uday !

I went to Dr. Pote for a second opinion on my diagnosis by another doctor. I didn't share the diagnosis with Dr. Pote. But shared all my previous reports and pain history. I wanted to see what he'll diagnose me with.***** ********* *** ********** ********* **** **** ******** *** *** **********

When I confronted him with my previous diagnosis and asked what he thinks about it, I noticed following things:

1. Dr. Pote got very defensive about his diagnosis. Instead of explaining things politely with me he got somewhat offended.

3. He called me out on my approach of taking second opinion as jumping from one doctor to another not being trusting when as a patient I have a right to get 2nd opinion.

4. I already had multiple X-Ray and MRI reports with me and doctor asked me to get another xray done. When I asked why new XRAY is needed, he got defensive again and didn't explain properly and gave me story of how you won't ask a AC repairperson to tell why examination is needed beforehand. I visited Dr Uday pote for a radiating shoulder pain, they did an x-ray and assured me nothing related to bone issue but could be something related to muscles. Doctor said I will be alright soon and suggested physiotherapy for a week. but there was no improvement neither with medicines nor taking physiotherapy. he kept me prescribing medicines for almost a month and physiotherapy for two weeks but all went in vain and after spending almost 15k Rs in all this I Was asked to have MRI for shoulder. Eventually I lose my confidence with their treatment as there was no improvement at all. I am not satisfied with their expertise and understanding in particular to my problem.

I visited today for minor knee pain, It's to early to comment on benefit but I would say that doctor's diagnosis seems correct and he along with other staff was very polite and paid attention.

Value against cost: Being aware that medical is no more noble profession and I felt I am on another shop which is sucking remaining blood of miserable patient. I socked when I charged additional 300 for few mussel strengthening exercise. Don't exploit patient for your setup and extra staff, People remember and recommend doctor for service at lower cost.

The staff at Synergy is highly unprofessional and they passed a lot of weird comments.example: do you call your husband every minute and give updates, we have a separate seat for you, ***** **** ****** * ****** ********* *** ******* ***** ***** ** ***** ***** ****** Doctor wait time is almost an hour and just Average expertise, plus they charge 600 Rs for an X-ray, ***** *** *** ******* I will never visit this clinic *** ****** ** *** **** ****** ***** ** ********Horrible Experience.

I took my mother here for more than twice.

Every time we visited the doctor heard my mother patiently and thoughtfully recommended X-rays, exercise, medication and physiotherapy. Though we could not take physiotherapy as we stay at a distant place than his clinic.

No doubt, that the doctor is ****** ************* enough to pin point the root cause. Second time when we went the wait time was more than an hour as the doctor was not available.

Costly fees but guaranteed relief. Not sure if the area Synergy clinic is located in, makes him to charge more fees to the patient. If it is a bit less costlier (affordable), I think even more number of patients will be relieved from the pain.

Nevertheless, I would definitely mention thanks to the doctor.

Great facilities with physiotherapist team, laboratory services, x-ray machine, basic medicine and so forth.

I was suffering from buckling of my knees since 4 years and recently also had repeated locking of knees. I knew I had acl tear but was scared of surgery. Met Dr Uday through a friend thinking he will suggest something different but he explained me everything and his compassion made me change my mind.

Got operated 20th July. Now going to gym with no locking episode in just one month. Felt really cared for. Thanks.
