Lockdown had really taken a toll on me, initially I managed, but later on my irritation at small things from work, kids not listening started increasing. Shared with a close friend as I would feel guilty about it later. He recommended trying talking to a professional, we searched online together and narrowed down to Dr Sumit. The appointment system surprised me as I was seen at the time I was allocated and got a good patient listening. Within a few sessions I could notice the difference, had started enjoying time with family again.
