The journey of letting goFor many mothers, losing post pregnancy weight is always an issue. Twenty two years ago, I was blessed with a son and the weight I had gained then, I was carrying until now. A chance meeting with Ms Maheshwary got me started on my journey inwards. All the diets I had tried before got me to ‘lose’ weight. But somehow, this lost weight found its way back to me. This time, I did not lose weight. I willingly let it go. Ms Maheshwary delved deep into my personal, physical and psychological history. No one had ever done that and I doubt anyone does. When I had met her, I was going to a gym. To my surprise, she told me ‘You don’t need a gym. Use your own weight to tackle itself’It would be wrong to call her eating plans as ‘diet’. In the course of the past 3-4 months, Ms Maheshwary taught me to eat properly and proportionately, while enjoying it. I did not have to go out of my way to get something exotic or unaffordable. As the numbers on the weight scale started to reduce, I got more motivation to march ahead. Of course I had my moments when I felt like giving up. But she was always one phone call away and ready with a pep talk to pull me through. Until now I never liked exercise one bit. But now I look forward to exercising every day and start my day on a positive note. The past three months have been life changing for me mentally and physically. I have realized that, the only tough thing about this process was deciding to start with it. Ms Maheswary’s holistic attitude and her vision for me (and her clients) are rare to find these days. Her philosophy towards eating is worth adopting for your lifetime!
We had visited the hospital and it was health problem for my wife. It was diet and nutrition related. ****** *** ***** She suggested diet chart pregnancy related. Consultation fee was more . It was mentioned as 700 Rs in practo, but they took Rs 1400. They told its wrong amount mentioned in practo. We opted for this doctor as charges was less for Ms. Shruti Maheshwari. At time of billing they are asking more money. I paid in reception. I wont recommend doctor to my family or friends. I am fine with treatment 50-60 percent. Later we went to different hospital. There was no waiting time when I went. Hospitality was good.
I am over weight so my doctor route me to Shruti Ma'am. This was my first time to visit a dietitian.i am working woman with kid so after listening my routine and dietary habits, she had given me a very simple diet plan and explained how to manage it. I was happy because it was having Roti Sabji Dal etc. So I had no issues with diet but the issue was with "exercise".last exercise I had done in my school😃. First 2-3 days I was suffering from pain in my legs, shoulders as it was new for my body.but I had just thought that, this will give me the better results.i had just stick "don't give up" board on my weighing machine. I had just started doing exercise whenever I get the time.you can not believe the result. I have just loose 5 kg in 15 days. Thanks to Shruti Ma'am.Just don't give up.keep moving, stay healthy, eat healthy.
We had been to the hospital and it was for my wife's pregnancy. It was regarding consultation about her diet. The Diet plan which she gave for my wife was really good. We don't need to take any iron tablets. If she follows diet her hemoglobin was very good. We were happy with doctor. It was a total diet chart. Before that we had taken blood samples, for hemoglobin, it was 9, later it was 11.6. We were there in February due to pregnancy with same doctor. I am satisfied with the treatment given. I can recommend doctor to my family or friends . Dr. Chinmay told to have a word with Dr Ms. Shruti Maheshwary about the diet plan. I have also recommended to others.
