Doctor is very friendly.I visited for my mother health issue.she had very bad unbearable Rt.hypochondriac pain.and sir diagnosed her with gastritis.and with rightfull prescription her symptoms are reduced so much.We took appointment for 9:00 pm....and we stuck in traffic ..then we called at clinic ,and sir was waiting till 9:30 for us....he explains everything to me and my mother, even though I am a medicose,I am not able explain everything to my mother...but sir explained everything to her .... I really had very good experience with this doctor ..nd I always recommend this doctor for everyone

I had a bad experience. 1st, the clinic was at a very seluded and dark place. There was no lift and it was at 4th floor. The patient had to climb up the staircase. The appointment was for 9:15 am, 19th Dec. There was no one except an attender. He called the doctor, and informed me very confidently and casually that the Doctor says he can't come now and you come in the evening. Much to his guts he even asked for my contact number for the evening visit.There was a severe lack no professionalism. If doctor was busy then the slot shouldn't have been visible on practo, or, it shouldn't have accepted the booking, or, the doctor should have cancelled the appointment before the actual appointment schedule.
