1. She was amazingly patient while listening me out. She never asked me to keep my explanation short and gave me ample time to describe my issue. And then she explained me at length as to what is happening and what approach she taking to resolve it. I think this is the most important thing that doctors should do.
2. Since I am scheduled to travel next week, she customized her prescription suit my need and explained various precautions that needs to be taken in view of travel.
3. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone suffering from any ENT issue. My issue was related to pain in ear due to cold and cough.

As I insisted to go for medication, she prescribed me medicines for my problem and explained those as well as to what's the purpose of those medicines. She also informed me as to after how many days I need to go for re-consultation and told me which medicines to continue for more days in case I am not able to make up for re-consultation. Overall it's been full satisfactory speaking with her and looking forward for allergy free seasonal change in future.

I went to remove for ear wax which was more, doctor "Dr. Roopali (Jain) Tripathi" removed all the ear wax from my left ear and due to paining issue she gave medical treatments for next 7 days for right ear. after 7 days called me to ear wax remove

I was not able to hear properly from 4-5 days. I went to the doctor and she said there was lot of ear wax in my ear which the doctor removed within seconds with the help of an instrument. She did not charge anything extra for the removal. I would highly recommend her. *** ** *** **** *******

Though the doc was good explaining the issue at length, She wrote the medicines which are ONLY available at the medical store right across her clinic(say A). I have checked prescribed medicine at two other chemist (including one at Apollo chemist) but none of the medicines were available there. So I have to eventually turn to A shop prescribed by the doctor. She also told during consultation that medicines will be available on shop A.
