Miss Sharma I asked you we need to do a USG for your menstrual issue you said yes.. if you don't want to do it you can say no to me or you can do it afterwards..as I said to you that you also needs to do blood investigations for the same problem.but you said you don't want to do it .. same you can say for USG that I'll do it afterwards ..as a doctor ,it's our job to treat patient completely..and patient satisfaction is more important.. it's not the stress which leads 15 days bleeding ma'am ... If doctor do there completed investigation then only one can treat patient otherwise it's difficult to treat.. sorry if my staff or I let you uncomfortable with any financial problem... we'll resolve this
