My hands were shivering my heart strated to move very fast,I was not able to concentrate,I was giving up on various day to day tasks.As all these were there recurring anxious thoughts and symptoms started like I'm loosing my memory, I'm not able to recognise the people I'm aware of after all this the t was health anxiety; I was feeling I'm gonna have various serious disorder in my body. All these were affecting my mood, My social and personal life.I gave on literally everything we think of.

Past One year I was stressed which was happened due to energy drink and its side effects had caught me between two problems one was acid reflux and one was stress and anxiety. The Dr first understood the problem and treated exactly the cause was. First resolved my stomach issues and then my stress and anxiety.
