I contacted her on the no. given and explained the trouble I was in and enquired if I could get an appointment to consult her, and she was very considerate and kind to give me an appointment the very same day. Dr. Prachi is very professional and pleasant, she listened to the trouble I was facing and did not rush or hurry into starting the treatment but, instead examined my tooth and came up with the most suitable recommendation that would yield the best result, and (A Root Canal was suggested). She also explained the procedures step by step as they were being carried out, and managed to keep me calm and kept my fears at bay. The whole experience right from the start to end was very comfortable without any fear, thanks to the professionalism, skill, experience and the level of comfort Dr. Prachi has honed over the many years of dental practice.
