Dr. Nirjhara Wagh

I found Dr. Nirjhara mam through practo when I was facing problem of low self esteem, underconfident and speaking anxiety.For 1st session I was hesitate to talk about my situation and couldn't explain my problem to her. She asked the right question and exactly understood my situation.She provided me steps how can I overcome these problems.I really like the way she listened and understand the problems even with very little information.I feel I am have improved and in better situation just after 3 sessions.

I started therapy with Dr. Nirjhara Wagh around August last week or so. I have had around 5 sessions till date with her.

I found Dr. Nirjhara Wagh on Practo when I was going through a very tough time and needed someone to talk to. I have had a history of depression and anxiety, but I had never taken therapy before. From the very first session- I felt a weight lift off my shoulders, each time I spoke to her. She listens patiently to everything you have to say. As kind and diligent as she is, with her advice and motivation, my issues started untangling and I slowly stepped out of my problems with each session. I am still in therapy with her and with her determination to help me out, I have new hopes of becoming a person who is more than just her issues. Thank you Dr. Nirjhara for all you do! I would definitely recommend you to whosoever needs a hand in their deepest of problems.

I had consulted Dr. Nirjhara Wagh for complaints related to my work stress. She heard all my problems patiently and calmly and then suggested me appropriate ways to handle my issues. She gave me few activities which were easy to implement and helped me to perform better in my office. She also guided me to increase my productivity in my work and to how utilize my time in a better manner.
