I really expected a lot after reading reviews about Dr. Monalisa but was so surprised how she was. Expected an attentive doctor, but half the time she was talking to the ops staff about some other patients, and how much

I really expected a lot after reading reviews about Dr. Monalisa but was so surprised how she was. Expected an attentive doctor, but half the time she was talking to the ops staff about some other patients, and how much who has to pay, etc.. when it was our turn ( I had taken my 5 year old daughter for her ear check up), she was not at all attentive, she was in a hurry. And i barely understood what she was saying. This is definitely what I had expected. In 5 mins or so, the consultation was done! We had queries, but those queries also were not answered well. I definitely will not visit her next time!
