Before meet Mini mam we lost our 1st baby in 8th month pregnancy and second miscarriage after 8 months of 1st baby lost we totally crashed but never lose hope. I was searching MD dr on practo and myself and wife selected 4 MD drs including Mini Mam and finally I decided to meet Mini mam in express clinic. from day 1st appointment for pre pregnancy check up and after meet with Mini mam I feel this is the right place for us and we continue the treatment whole pregnancy.

Mini mam is very good data analyst- based on my wife's history and reports mam started their treatment on root cause since day 1 and she is with us till delivery. finally we got baby boy but even I ( As IT professional) also impressed and learn lots of thing from Mini mam and changed my working passion which helps me lot to develop myself. below are very good qualities i learnt from mam which we can found in ITIL.

Starting from the reception experience was bad. We reached as per our booked appointment. Even when we said we had medical emergency and wanted to see as fast as possible the receptionist sat down explaining a lengthy registration process which also need a hospital apk to be downloaded from play store then install it and fill all the details all when my wife was suffering from heart burn and nausiatic attacks.. the enrolling took around 15 mins and then they kept us waiting till 8pm. I could see patients who came much after us showing signs and smiles to nurses (might be possible they know each other due to their past appointments, god knows) to move them ahead of us. We kept waiting till the end. Then when i got up and complained about this to reception they asked my wife to go into emergency room and lie down. Doc. MINI madam was very quite and we didnt get ample time to discuss all our problems. So all those waiting was for no cause. We are fully dissatisfied with loudnine staffs, the docter and the appointement as a whole.
