** **** ** **** **** ****** *** he was able to treat me properly. The reason behind this review is to highlight my experience with his staff who manages his appointment. The staff is extremely unprofessional and does not communicate clearly the fees. Also I had paid fees and she told me that today’s appointment is full. I asked that why did she not inform me that today’s appointment is full as I already paid fees by transferring money online. The staff was so unprofessional that she refunded back the money without informing me. I had a very unpleasant experience with the staff. No complaints with the doctor treatment. I wish he gets better people to manage his appointments

Being a serious case, Dr. Mali in his only meeting in 10days was very polite to say patient is not expected to survive. Also icu head dr. Shukla, she was beyond politeness when enquired about patient, she would be loud at icu saying, no questions,patient wont survive. Such is the legacy of Aditya Birla memorial hospital. Dr. Mali is suggested for consulting to patients left with hope...

My appointment time in Sahyadri, hadapsar was 9 am and the doctor came at 10:30 am. I don't understand, if doctors are too busy why they booked appointment. He was in a hurry and in just 2 minutes, my consultation was over !!! I was charged Rs. 1000 for my consultation.
I was the only patient for him, and that is not my problem. Better go somewhere else.
Not recommended.
