My today's visit was for heavy throat infection causing me problem even to drink or eat anything. Doctor was good with ********* *** giving the treatment. Only problem, which I found, was her communication speed is too fast and seems she is in hurry for attending another patient.

Yes, after prescribing me the medicines, she asked me to ask my query if there is, that time I was blank and later it came in my mind when I reached a nearby pharmacy for getting the prescribed medicine. I forgot to ask about what to eat and what other precautions need to be taken in my daily routine to get well soon, which I feel must be told by the doctor instead of just telling to take the medicines. A sick patient who is suffering with headache and weakness can possibly not remember all the points what he wanted to tell the doctor about the details of his health problem and only a doctor can help the patient to tell the proper history of the sickness for which he visited the clinic.

Now, I found that the doctor has not understood the situations which might caused the problem to me and I feel that she must listen carefully to the patient.

*** ****** ** ***** ****** **** **** ********* ***** * ********** ***** ******* *** ****** ** ***** ******** **** **** Before this visit, my experience about the specialist doctors was that they take big consultation charges but prescribe medicines which are comparatively not costly, which we generally experience when we visit our local MBBS doctors, for general sickness their prescribed medicines are 3 to 4-times costly than their consultation fee.

I will update about my experience once get properly cured with the help of the doctor.

My wife had a severe ear pain and hence visited Dr Madhavi today. We were worried that it could be something major so thought of visiting a specialist rather than a local Doctor. As soon as we reached the Clinic, Dr Madhavj examined my wife and identified the problem to be just the ear wax. She tried to remove the wax trough vacuum and then the water treatment. The water treatment was painful so she offered to do it in 2 sittings. But we still went ahead and managed to remove a huge lump of wax. It was very painful, but Dr. Madhavi took good care of her... letting her to lie down and relax. We had a good overall experience and we highly recommend her

I am still under treatment and the medicines seem to be doing their job. Dr.Nachane is very friendly and has a good approach to diagnosing the issue.

She will simply ask you the symptoms before listening to any other diagnosis you may have obtained from anywhere so as to get an unbiased idea of what's wrong.

She will not encourage you to come for several sittings rather she provides you with enough information and guidance to heal over a larger span of the span suggested is not enough. An experienced doctor. Would recommend no questions asked.

We did see some negative feedback and the doctors response on practo, but we still went ahead thinking that the doctor must have reacted basis the patients behaviour. A very shocking and extremely upsetting experience with this doctor who does not have basic courtesy and patience to deal with patients who are obviously anxious and full of questions to seek satisfactory responses to their queries. Firstly the doctor reached 20 mins late, stating that she did not see the appointment on her practo app. Within 10 mins of the consultation she exclaimed that we were "irritating" her with our questions. We were completely alarmed at this statement. When my husband confronted her saying that she cannot speak in such a rude and uncouth manner, she snapped back that you guys are asking too many detailed questions and it was irritating her.... how can a doctor behave irritable within 10mins and with a patient who has every right to know about the health issue in detail!! This is first of a kind experience. She is extremely rude *** *********** If you are someone who is well read and knowledgeable, and someone who seeks clarity for doubts...then please avoid this doctor. tatememt and

The Doctor seemed to be in a hurry and rushed through the appointment. Did not feel welcoming at all. Wrote down the prescription without even fully listening to my history. I had to consult another Doctor in the area after I left this clinic.

Did not face any problem with the appointment. There were no other patients and the Doctor examined me straight away. The booking experience was completely hassle free, however not impressed with the Doctor's service at all. Staff at reception was prompt and helpful.

I had ear pain which started after my second delivery.. And got worse after 3 to 4 months ... Had shown it to ent specialist in vishrantwadi. The doctor asked to get a surgery done.... I was really afraid of surgery so kept postponing it, till my sister in law suggested I show doctor madhavi... When I showed Dr madhavi.... Ohh my got I cant tell how happy I was...!!!!!

She showed me on the screen that it must have been just a trauma to the ear drum which was painful when the wound was freash and has healed almost.....

She said no surgery req at all for this problem.

I was bit scared for the procedure as 2 years back I got faint due to pain. But this time the process was very smooth and there was No pain at all . Only with water doctor removed the wax. Overall had a good experience and will recommend.

2 things I would say as an improvement:

1) With experience its human nature that we assume the situations without listening the other person. This I felt could be improved as I wanted to share past experience first which could help both for the treatment. But doctor assumed what i wanted to say and started explaining.

2) Fees i feel is more.

But overall i am satisfied with the treatment and doctor.

She explains what she is doing and why as well.

Also, how this could be avoided in future.

Everyone was cooperative.

Dr Madhavi is such a right doctor to have when you most need it. I was in terrible due to acute throat infection and was already undergoing medication course from a different doctor which was not solving my pain and fever as it was very acute. Dr Madhavi changed the medicines by taking a close examine of the bacterial infection formed around my throat and I started feeling relief from second day itself. I called har second day again and asked if I can see her again as I was still in pain through a lesser degree she accommodated me even though it was her closing time saw the infection she comforted me that the infection is coming down and I will be aright in 2 days as I write this review I am 90 percent healed and very happy with her services

I would suggest people to visit this doctor for any problem related to ENT, because she actually listens to your problems and asks your daily habits and links them with the problem you are having and then tells you what to do and also priscribes some medication.

Worth visiting her.

Really disapointed with the service. I have booked the slot for 12:45 pm and one lady call me around 10 am for the appointment for 11:am and starts argument on it, really annoyed. Even i told her that i have the screen shot also but she was so rude to me like m bargaining for vegetables.. Such a bad experience for my first visit. Please work on it for your first point of contact.
