I am a big scaredy cat when it comes to dentists. The doctors at Dentalogy were really understanding of the fact. Doctor Samrat and Doctor Archana took extreme care that I was aware what they were doing and ok at all times. No surprises! They had the patience to listen while they might be having that same conversation 50 times everyday. They stopped the procedure if I wanted a breather. The place is really clean, hygienic and always smells good, not the scary medicine smell. Usually dentist chairs are claustrophobic but here the rooms are spacious and isolated from others. Waiting time is practically none. They also follow up later in the day to make sure we are ok and not in pain. Even when Doctor Ketkee isn't doing our procedure, she is always around for emotional support and checks often if everything is ok, both with the doctor and the patient. You will thank your past self, just book a consultation without hesitation and be assured you are in caring hands. I was worried it would be really expensive but it is right in the middle while offering top tier experience. Special shoutout to Maria for assistance.

When I met Dr. Ketkee, she explained the line of treatment so well confirming that it was a painless journey with a little give and take from both ends. Her smile and welcoming gestures make me feel so comfortable and I love watching her work. For my appointment confirmations, it never feels like a clinic is calling me. Ameena or the assistants always inquire about my well being. I'm asked whether an appointment would be convenient and what time of the day would be best suited to me. It's not an appointment given to me, infact it's literally tailor made as per my needs. Dr. Nasim always kept me in the loop with my treatment. The plan of action was always explained to me and I could describe what how each change every month was helping my set of teeth. I could ring either of them up, describe my pain or sensation and within seconds there would be a solution for the pain. They never let my pain get worse. They would accomodate me first thing in the morning if I wished to have a check-up. This place and team of doctors gives competition to any clinic!!

Ofcourse I was worried about how the children would react and whether I will be able to complete the treatment. Dr. Ketakee came HIGHLY recommended from a renowned dentist (dr. Kakul Dey) in mumbai! Dr. Ketakee is a fantastic dentist herself and has a great great team! Dr. Neha Chandan (pedodontist) who treated my children along with dr. Ketakee is awesome as well! From the moment I entered the clinic and met the doctors, I was feeling super confident and rightly so! The treatment was smooth - which incidentally included 3 root canals of my 6 yr old - so you can imagine my relief and gratitude! Highly highly recommended!

She was overly calm each time. She promised that my root canal will be quick and won't hurt and will be done by some specialist. I was scared again. but her specialist was surprisingly equally nice. She was senior and was totally painless. I can say I actually got a painless root canal done. Even the next day I had no pain. Will be going back for cap and cleaning to Dr Asnani again.

Am glad such doctors exist who completely remove your fear and help u gain confidence in dentists.
