Dr. Jagrati Laad

Dr. Jagrati ma'am is someone whom we found on Practo app as a recommended doctor but let me tell you she is not only a good doctor but also a great human being. We have been taking her consultation right from the 1st month of pregnancy. She was pretty much adroit and passionate (doesn't do it for money) in her work and guided us through the beginnning in taking proper medicines and sonographies. She was always available for us when we were anxious due to any reason we used to text her on whatsapp and she replies you with "normal". Most importantly she listened to all our silly questions very much patiently :) and answered them calmly in a manner that somehow we felt nice and she made worries go away. She did mother's and baby's growth and health check up regularly in all 3 trimesters and made sure everything was going well according to the plan I.e. weight, heartbeat etc.. We followed her advice properly until 14th sept when we were blessed with a cute baby boy. Dr. Jagrati is prompt in her timings. She began surgery in Surya hospital, wakad at the exact given time and did it dexterously within 20 mins. The best part of her is that she gives you courage and makes things simple for you. My wife is doing very well now. We are lucky to meet Jagrati ma'am. Thanks Doctor and we will be in touch forever now :)

Being first time pregnant and then parent is always a cherished experience for all, thanks to Dr. Jagruti Laad to make this experience a memorable one. Be it counselling , medical expertise or behaviour, Dr. Jagruti has impressed us in all of these and more. Helping us patiently with our never ending naive queries or taking our calls outside work hours/ holidays, dr. Jagruti never even quenched a bit.

We are truly grateful to her for every help and advice.

I visited Dr Jagrati through out my pregnancy.. Be it pre-pregnancy,post pregnancy or ceasrian..I had a wonderful and smooth journey with her..answered my numerous queries in every visit happily, she doesn't gives unnecessary medicines or ask for unnecessary tests..her medicines suited me very well and had a very smooth delievery without any fuss..she was always there to support be it day or night.

All thanks to her that I had such a wonderful journey through out my pregnancy and now I am enjoying motherhood .

I would definitely recommend her to everyone.

I went to this clinic, I had already done some tests But the doctor made me do one more test in her own lab. ** *** *** ********* *** she made me do a test worth 1850/-

I personally did not like the experience.

After the test reports came, the doctor made me visit the clinic, (Inspite of me requesting to have a telephone conversation since it was raining and it was uncomfortable to visit the clinic) just to tell me that I have a borderline issue and do not require a treatment right now. And she again gave me tablets worth Rs.480/- from her own clinic.

I would never recommend the clinic because of this particular issue of making you spend money at their own facility.

First of all i will like to give a big thank you to Dr Jagrati for helping us make proud parents of a child.

Myself and my wife wanted to experience parenthood after few years of marriage but where not able to so, one of our friend recommended Dr Jagrati, one meeting with Dr Jagrati changed everything for us. We got the happiest news of our life within 3 months after first consultation.

The way Dr Jagrati guided us is recommendable , we did everything diligently as per her process and plan and above all with complete trust on her which is one of the most important thing.

She patiently gave her time in consultation sometimes taking more than 30 mins

The appointment system is a joke. They make you wait for so long, **** *** ****** ****** **** *** ****** ***** ****** **** ******* ** *** **** ******* Extremely disappointing set up and the way things are handled at this place. If you expect any bit of professionalism, skip her and find someone who actually has some respect for others.

Her diagnosis was equally disappointing. *** ***** *** ****** *** * ***** **** *** was asking me see her husband next door who is a cosmetic surgeon. Thoroughly and utterly disappointed.

I booked a 7:40pm appointment and reached the clinic at 7:20 pm. The receptionist noted my name and told me there are 8 patients ahead of me , when I told her that I had already booked an appointment through Practo , she said maybe but here we follow first come first serve basis!!!

And then I get a message from Practo - a reminder about my appointment saying that if for any reason I cannot make it I should cancel the appointment as it will open the slot for someone else. I am still wondering what appointment? What slot???

We would really want to thank Doctor Jagriti we came to know about her through one of our relative. I was trying to get pregnant for 6 months or more and thought to consult with someone, Doctor Jagriti was the first doctor whom we consulted and believe me the way she diagnosed the issue is tremendous and with help of her we are experiencing our pregnancy journey now.With time when she started the treatment we got to know my case was bit complicated but with all her expertise and patience she has put all her efforts. She holds very polite and friendly attitude which enables to discuss even the smallest of problems. She is always available on phone, WhatsApp for any of your queries giving you constant help whenever you need. I never found her prescribing unnecessary test and recheckups as per the requirement only she recommends the test.The way Doctor Jagriti guided us is recommendable, we did everything diligently as per her process and plan and above all with complete trust on her which is one of the most important thing.We are truly grateful to her for every help and advice.Highly recommended

Booked an appointment at 7pm through Practo,and was there at 6.55pm. We saw patients waiting for their turns from 6.30pm. The receptionist(pretty rude) asked for my name and told me to be seated,not bothered to ask me what time is my appointment,(I told her myself)or to inform I’l have to wait since there are other patients waiting from 6.30. So,we waited till 7.30 patiently but couldn’t wait further as my husband accompanied me keeping his meetings from 8pm and we realized that it’s going to be atleast an hour delay. When spoke to the receptionist she was not sorry at all instead she said we cannot do anything about it,you can talk to the doctor. Well,the doctor was not committed to the time of the patients,so there was no point in waiting. The management should understand that the patient’s time is equally important. I read all the wonderful reviews for the doctor,but unfortunately turned out to be a huge disappointment for me as I was assured of a guaranteed appointment through Practo!

I had a very bad experience with this doctor. We had an unwanted pregnancy and wanted to terminate it, on visit she advised some medication *** *** ********* *** ********* *** *** ** *** ******* ********* She asked my wife to take one pill and then after 48 hrs take 4 other pills, she told us there are two ways to take the pills, two orally and two vaginal or all the four orally. She told us it doesn't matter if u take it orally or through vagina, so we chose to take it orally. After two weeks, did a so graph and found the pregnancy wasn't terminated properly and there were still remnants. Consulted another doctor and she expressed shock over the procedure prescribed, the only solution left with us was a surgical procedure curating. In short went through a horrid time mentally, physically and financially.. Ll never visit this doctor again.
