Ms. Isha is very friendly and it didn’t feel like I was talking to someone that i was meeting for the first time, she asked me in each session I met her about how I was feeling and everything I had on my mind, the techniques she used were very helpful for me to get clarity on my anxiety and overthinking in addition to how I could overcome my fears and at the end of my sessions with her, i got my confidence back and could make decisions that I was confused about for a couple of months. Highly recommend her.
