I had congestion in my left ear and was feeling heaviness and laziness in hearing. I visited the clinic, and it was very neat and clean. Since I had taken an appointment, I was called in to see the doctor within 4 minutes.

The doctor listened to my problem very patiently and clearly explained the root cause of the issue. She started the treatment, and within 20 minutes my ear was cleaned, and I immediately felt much better. My hearing had reduced earlier, but after the treatment it feels clear and comfortable now.

Dr. Vaze is the most patient, friendly and always willing to hear you out! I have been very scared of seeing any ENT after a bad experience in the past but after a lot of research met Dr. with a very anxious heart. She was so good in the way she dealt me I was immediately at ease.

She's my 2 yr old toddler's favorite Dr. "aunty". My toddler had an ear infection and we were not in Pune, I called the Dr. asking if she could help since we didn't want to take the child out during the pandemic. She immediately responded, checked all the videos I sent, patiently replied to all my queries and above all kept following up. Her treatment was not heavy at all on the child but very effective. I have noticed she will never ask us to get unnecessary treatments or medicines and very clearly explain everything. There have been a visit or 2 of followups in the past we did when she did consult us, gave us her time too but never charged because there was no treatment required! Dr. Vaze is really good in what she does. Please don't think twice, just consult her for any pediatric or adult ENT issues. I have experienced both her treatments and have been always satisfied and healed :)
