Dr. Vivek Singh Chauhan

Sometime you feel like you feel like the dentist you are visiting they are just doing the procedure to make money from you many times it happen with us But I can defiantly say that Dr Vivek ius not like others .

He never give you the feel that he is is in hurry and want to rush to other patients who are waiting out side .He is really help you to reduce your problem and give you relief as soon as he can. Well you not feel any negative thing with Doctor vivek.

He is kind, patient, and will take his time answering ALL your questions. Even i asked him so many crazy questions due to my fear but she has answered all my questions very patiently. He brings me the pictures, the models, the diagrams, to make sure I understand everything that is going on. He wont pressure you to do anything you don't want. His staff are wonderful. They are very cheery and helpful and you can't help but feel at ease in the dentist chair with their helping. The assistants were great at answer my phone calls, and not once did they get fed up with me. 

I found Doctor Vivek through online and that was the time when i was searching for a dentist for showing my tooth problem that the reason i visited to him to take his opinion for my problem. Dr Vivek spent enough time talking to me and investigating my problem to see if there were other causes. He didn't automatically say that you have this or that problem with investigating the problem like other dentist does .Dr. Vivek was careful and set on investigating and not rushing to any conclusions. 

This must be how going to the dentist feels like in heaven. Like really. The amount of comfort, relief, and love that comes from this office is phenomenal.

During my one of business visit to pune, I have faced some tooth pain and it was just impossible to avoid it as it was very severe.

To find a doctor I checked practo and got the reference of Dr. Chauhan dental clinic.

I have visited the place without any prior appointment but the staff there is very polite and helpful and they arranged one for me.

Once i meet the Doctor the first thought in my mind was that I am at right place. Clinic was very clean and equipped with latest machines (hygiene is very important for a dental clinic). Dr. Vivek is very patient with his patients. He gently listen each and every point and gives the answer of my all questions very thoroughly so that I could understand what the problem is. In a single session and 3 days medication I feel much better. Thanks to Dr. Vivek and his team for a tremendous job.

I could not have asked for a better experience for my first tooth extraction.Right from the initial consultation till the extraction date,everything went very smoothly.Dr.Vivek explained my predicament in a calm manner and his experience reflected in his explanation.All my queries were resolved and there were no hiccups post extraction.All in all, a very satisfying experience.Highly Recommended.

Dr Chauhan is probably competent as I found that he has a large clientele. I had been referred to him by my daughter, who had been treated by him. He had also earlier done teeth cleaning for my son-in-law.

I am a resident of Kolkata and it was apparent that I would be a one time patient. I wanted my teeth cleaned and when I consulted him, after the detailed check up I was advised by the doctor that this operation would take 30 minutes. It was not mentioned to me that it could require a second visit. However, after a cleaning process, during which an x-ray of teeth on my left jaw was taken, I was asked to visit again at a later date. On enquiry, I was asked to pay Rs 1300.00 (Rs 300.00 for consultation and Rs 1000.00 for cleaning of the teeth).

On the second visit, when I enquired if another cleaning charges would be payable, he said that the charges are Rs 1000.00 per cleaning process. When I pointed out that this was not clarified to me, he said that if I want we need not complete the process. I did mention that how could I leave the operation incomplete. I completed the process, which incidentally took less than 15 minutes. This led me to believe that the process could have been completed on the first occasion itself. I paid Rs 1000.00 once again, as asked by Dr Chauhan. I was not provided with money receipts for any payment made by me nor was I handed over the x-ray report. On the other hand, I was asked again to visit for a checkup.

I was disappointed with the attitude of Dr Chauhan, who I find has an established practice and should also have an attitude of service. We all are professionals and charge fees for services offered. But I found it strange that a professional with such a wide and established client base had to spill over one operation over two days, which was not explained to me when I first consulted him. As a matter of fact, he had told me that the operation of cleaning my teeth would take 30 minutes, which would be ten minutes more than other patients. It was a very disappointing experience, to say the least.

Before I write the feedback let me tell you that I have a lot of experience in getting treated for root canals and ortho treatment. I would not suggest Dr Chauhan to anyone as-

1) Anesthesia was administered by another doctor working for Dr. Chauhan. I had excruciating pain. I was not able to open my jaw for 2 days

3) I was made to wait for about 25 mins post anesthesia was administered!!! Doctor was busy treating other "customer's"

4) I was told that the filling would cost about 2000 rs. Later I was told that it would be better to go for a stronger filling of 4000 rs

5) Even though it was a follow up I was charged for appointment fees of 300 rs.

Overall I feel the doctor just talks sweet *** ** ******** ***** *** *******

Never trust him.

Although doctor was polite and listened to my problems patiently, he suggested me to go for Root canal after taking my X-Ray of the cavity. (Root canal will cost around 9.5 k and filling costs around Rs 800). Then I went for a second opinion, as I was not convinced that root canal required. And the other dentist suggested me, that Filling is sufficient *** **** ***** ** *** ******** ** ** ******Filling was done later by the other dentist and i am very much satisfied. I am not saying that Dr Vivek is not good, but we should be aware and take 2 nd opinion if required.

Very much satisfied with the treatment (dental implant) given by Dr. Vivek singh Chauhan at chauhan dental clinic , Balewadi. Treatment done with very advance and latest techniques in frendly environment. Even staff is very friendly and caring. Surely recommed Dr. Vivek singh Chauhan for dental treatments.

I was having pain in the right side of my mouth.Two other doctors who I had consulted advised to extract the wisdom tooth,which would have been a delicate & expensive operation.To take another opinion I saw Dr Vivek.After detailed examination he diagnosed that mine was a muscular spasm problem & no need of any operation.For the follow up consultation he did not even charge me.And today I am a relieved & happy man

First time we went for my daughter during lockdown with emergency. Doctor Namrata very lovely person treated my daughter.

This is second time for me and filled two tooths. Doctors caring and the way she explained and completion of fillings are lovely.
