Was made to feel very comfortable by dr Hegde reg the procedure. Very flexible with timing and made sure I felt good to go thru the procedure. There was absolutely no pain for the numbing injection or the root canal process. An amazing diffence in experience as compared to the one done 30 years ago! Painless to be honest. After procedure care was also very thoughtful with potential pain being taken care of thru medication.

I was referred to Dr. Vivek Hegde by my previous dentist (Dr. Sohrab Damania) when I moved to India. Dr. Vivek Hegde is always concerned to make sure that his patients understand exactly what is going on with their teeth, and he is very gentle. Dr. Vivek Hegde is friendly *** ********* ************** He is a professional and has a naturally lovely personality. He explained all the pros and cons of the treatment so that I can make an independent judgment. I had visited him for my veneers and he had done wonderful job. They look so natural and I cannot stop smiling. The entire staff is professional, friendly and caring. The office was beautiful, in a safe place. The veneers and tooth filling done by Dr. Vivek Hegde for me look great.

Experience was good, but the treatment/Fee is way too expensive as compared to other dentist in Pune. I feel that this clinic is only for certain class of people.

I've been taking treatment from Dr from such a long time now and I was shocked when Dr charged me for consultation (fee) because it wasn't my first time to visit. And I'm very much dissapointed this time, my further treatment is gonna be too expensive and I'm okay with that but I feel consultation charges wasn't needed and I shouldn't have charged for that. Not happy
